About Us

HTSI Property Management is a local property management company based in Greenville, SC. It was started by Robert Dayton, an upstate real estate investor and owner of multiple rental homes in the area. He wanted to fill the need for investor minded property management who would truly understand the cash flow aspect of home rentals. Since Robert started HTSI, we have grown to encompass 3 different offices: Greenville, Spartanburg, and Simpsonville.

Kathryn Cheves heads up the Spartanburg office, and has been a property manager with Houses and Then Some for two years. She has a strong desire to serve and is devoted to working with clients and tenants until 100% satisfaction is obtained.

Ann Lesesne started the Simpsonville/Mauldin office. She started in Property Management in the Greenville area 12 years ago. Her passion for relocation and the hospitality of those in search of their new rental home, makes her an ideal property manager with Houses and Then Some.

Paul Gawel, part of our Greenville office, has been working in customer service and collections for years and is the newest member of our team.

All of our personnel which show your property, are licensed and certified by South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Our primary focus is on the investors that have multiple home portfolios, we offer price breaks for these types of customers. We offer services that make your investment more hands off such as: screening, marketing, payment collection, monthly reports and overseeing any maintenance or repairs for your property.
