About Us

HTSI Property Management is a local property management company based in Greenville, SC.



HTSI was started by Robert Dayton, who is an upstate real estate investor and owner of multiple rental homes in the area. He wanted to fill the need for investor minded property management who would truly understand the cash flow aspect of home rentals.

Our day to day sales marketing manager is Adam Clements. Adam is a graduate of North Greenville University and specializes in showing and filling properties. He is well versed in getting the right customer for the right home.

All of our personnel which show your property, are licensed and certified by South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Our primary focus is on the investors that have multiple home portfolios, we offer price breaks for these types of customers.

We offer services that make your investment more hands off such as: screening, marketing, payment collection, monthly reports and overseeing any maintenance or repairs for your property.
