HTSI Property Management is a local property management company based in Greenville, SC. It was started by Robert Dayton, an upstate real estate investor and owner of multiple rental homes in the area. He wanted to fill the need for investor minded property management who would truly understand the cash flow aspect of home rentals. Since Robert started HTSI, we have grown to service the greater Greenville and Spartanburg areas.
Paul Gawel is our other property manager, and he has been working in customer service and collections for years and has helped lead HTSI to several placement records in his time here. He leads collection efforts and has a knack for filling properties.
All of our personnel which show your property, are licensed and certified by South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Our primary focus is on the investors that have multiple home portfolios, we offer price breaks for these types of customers. We offer services that make your investment more hands off such as: screening, marketing, payment collection, monthly reports and overseeing any maintenance or repairs for your property.
