Robert recognized the need for investor-minded management team that understands the cash flow aspects of rental property.
In the years since then, Robert has led Houses and Then Some to constant growth and a reputation for high quality service.
Paul Gawel
Property Manager (Greenville)
Paul is the current Operations Manager and Lead Property Manager. His prior experience is in retail management, customer service and collections.
He has led HTSI to several placement records in his time here. He has a wide skill set that he is able to apply to his current position. He recently completed 8 years of service with the company.

Mary Rice
Maintenance Manager & Client Relations Specialist (Greenville)
Mary has worked in real estate property management for over twelve years with experience in multi-family, commercial, industrial, retail, and single-family property management.
She graduated from Clemson University in 2004 and quickly began her career managing multi-family properties with Easlan Management. After Eight years in multi-family Mary moved to Georgia and started managing a vast portfolio of real estate including Class A commercial office space, industrial/flex space, and retail centers across suburban Atlanta for Lincoln Property Company.
After the birth of her son, Charlie, in 2015 Mary relocated home to Greenville and joined Houses & Then Some in 2016 as Maintenance Manager & Client Relations Specialist.
Kevin Cribbs
Broker-In-Charge, Property Manager
Kevin’s experience as an investor has led him to discover how important any and every real estate transaction is. Having been a part-time real estate agent in the 80’s and having personal experience as an investor, Kevin decided to become a full-time agent for Houses & Then Some Realty. This experience has also given him a keen eye to help his customers see the little things that many may overlook.
Kevin works with both buyers and sellers and has a special interest in farm and land acquisitions. Kevin also belongs to Upstate CREIA, a local Real Estate investment group.

Apryll, born and raised outside of Atlanta, GA, graduated from Winthrop College with a BA in Communications. She has two children and four grandchildren. Her daughter, Melissa, and her family reside in Alberta, Canada, while her son, Daniel, and his family reside in Savannah, GA.
Ricky Hall
General Manager
Ricky joined Houses & Then Some in 2022 after twenty-two years in the restaurant business. In his role as General Manager, he continues to use his skills by leading our staff through coaching and overseeing the daily operation of the business. His favorite responsibilities are helping tenants, clients, and fellow team members deal with issues that need a solution. He strives to provide a culture where HTSI team members can enjoy a positive work environment as they maintain a high level of service to all the people they come into contact with.
Ricky has been married to his wife Allison for 24 years and they have one daughter, Merideth. In his free time, he plays as much tennis as possible and is active in his church.
