Opportunity:
As a licensed realtor at HTSI, you will act and practice real estate as a Property Manager within your assigned territory. Your role will involve assisting investor clients with buying, renting, and selling properties. Additionally, you will help clients who have inherited houses but wish to hold onto them due to inheritance taxes or capital gains concerns. You will be the go-to expert in investment real estate for your clients, guiding them through the process and offering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Valid South Carolina real estate license.
- Experience or interest in investment real estate.
- Strong networking skills and a good network of potential clients.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Access to a reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or property management is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Set and coordinate your own schedule for property showings, inspections, and other client interactions with the HTSI customer service office.
- Work closely with the HTSI customer service office to document and manage service requests.
- Show vacant properties to potential tenants/customers and ensure they are qualified to lease the property.
- Conduct property inspections and drive-bys within your assigned territory and occasionally in neighboring areas.
- Respond promptly to customer/tenant requests and attend court hearings or file evictions when necessary.
- List rental houses for rent with detailed descriptions and pictures.
- Tap into your network to sign up owners of rental properties for HTSI’s property management services.
- Help grow your territory by signing up properties in other territories to be managed by HTSI through other assigned agents.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by assisting with management contract procurement and real estate sales.
Compensation:
At HTSI, we believe in providing realtors with the opportunity to earn residual income. You will be compensated for finding and signing up properties both within your territory and beyond, earning an ongoing percentage of the management fees for each property you bring on board.
