Whenever I have had any concern or I need an answer to a question concerning my home that is managed by the company, Mary answers my emails quickly and throughly. She is very efficient, always making sure that she makes contact with the appropriate person that needs to be contacted to do the job or to direct my email (question) to the correct person. Mary is truly an asset to the company. I have never met someone who is so on top of her job and handles it all with grace, kindness and professionalism. I am thankful that Mary works for Houses and Then Some, as she is my "go to " person. I hope that Mary Rice will be working at HTSI for many years, I know that my home is in good hands with her handling the maintenance issues. Virginia2024-10-05Mary Rice is an excellent property manager. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. During hurricane Helene, she always answered urgent calls for help and it was a devastating time for my area. There aren't many people who would consistently go out of their way to make sure the proper steps were taken for the residence under her care to be returned to a safe and comfortable environment like Mary does. She always steps up and gets the job done in a detailed, thoughtful manner. Thank you, Mary!
