HTSI has been nothing but wonderful for us. We rent a property and have been in the property going on 3 years now. The pricing is affordable and the communication is amazing. Any time we’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been fulfilled in a timely manner and if I can’t be for whatever reason, they communicate with us to let us know. They’re professional, organized and customer service is great. They’re super helpful and accommodating. They’re very communicative when it comes to anything being done with property maintenance and any other one-off things that might come up. They take initiative and are seriously amazing. Having stayed in large apartment complexes to now staying in a rental thru HTSI, cannot recommend HTSI more. We seriously would recommend HTSI to others!

HTSI has been an absolute pleasure to rent with so far. So incredibly helpful, accommodating, and everyone genuinely cares. Ricky helped us find a rental that hit all of what we needed and even went out of the way to help after hours. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about the staff and home selection.
