A few weeks ago, our dedicated team member, Jo, took on the responsibility of managing the maintenance hotline over the weekend. In today’s world, where technology is integral to our daily operations, it’s not immune to occasional setbacks.
Jo experienced a significant challenge when her computer crashed while taking and dispatching maintenance requests. The thought of losing an entire weekend to technical difficulties was daunting. However, the situation took a positive turn thanks to the swift action of Ricky, our General Manager.
With his quick thinking, another team member, Mary, was able to step in and cover for Jo for a couple of hours until her system was back online. This incident highlights how much we all value our weekends, emphasizing the importance of not letting unexpected hurdles ruin them.
