A few weeks ago our team member, Jo, took over the maintenance hotline for the weekend. Even though technology is helpful and plays such a big role in our lives, it can have its faults. Jo was taking maintenance requests and dispatching and her computer crashed! She thought, oh no the weekend is going to be lost! Fortunately she was able to call Ricky our GM and within minutes another team member Mary took over for a couple of hours until Jo’s system came back up. I think we can all agree that weekends are something that we cherish! Don’t have a lost weekend..
